Find micro-influencers in any niche with an AI agent
Influencer databases are expensive and stale. For most campaigns you need 20 good creators in one niche, checked this week. An agent with social data tools can do that in a few minutes for well under a dollar of credits.
The workflow
- Search. Find accounts by niche keyword on each platform.
- Filter. Keep accounts between 10k and 100k followers.
- Check engagement. Pull each account's recent posts and compare median views to followers. A creator with 80k followers and 900 median views is a red flag.
- Export. Write a CSV with handle, followers, median views, engagement rate and a link to the best recent post.

With the ScrapeIO MCP server or skill connected, paste this into Claude Code, Cursor or Codex:
Find 20 home espresso creators on TikTok and Instagram with 10k-100k followers.
For each, pull their last 12 posts and compute median views and
engagement rate ((likes + comments) / views).
Drop anyone whose median views are under 5% of followers.
Write shortlist.csv sorted by engagement rate, with a link to each

For 20 creators that is roughly 50 to 70 credits, including the accounts that get filtered out.

Tips
- Search a few phrasings. "espresso", "home barista" and "latte art" return different creators.
- Use similar accounts. Once you have three good creators,
instagram_similar_accountsfinds more like them for 1 credit each. - Re-run weekly. Repeat calls within the cache window are free, and fresh calls show who is growing.
